The Set Free Story

The reason for Set Free's existence is simple - To bring the REALITY OF JESUS TO ALL AUSTRALIANS IN AN EXCITING & RELEVANT WAY.

Why? Because only Jesus can truly set you free!

Set Free began in May 1993 by Pastor Bruce and Cheryl Lindley, and their team. Since then hundreds of people who have needed the reality of Jesus in their lives have had those lives transformed and are living with a Godly sense of purpose and destiny.

Set Free's appeal to ordinary people who wouldn't normally darken the door of a church is it's contemporary, laid-back, and relevant presentation of the Gospel of Jesus. This has seen many "first time" believers come into God's Kingdom so that today, people from all walks of life come together each week to love Jesus and others
